**Return Window**

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original, unused and saleable condition, with all packaging intact.

**What We Can't Accept**

Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on used candles. Sale items are non-returnable and are final sale.

**Damaged or Faulty Items**

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of your order. We'll be happy to resolve this for you.

**Return Postage**

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or defective.

**How to Return**

Email us at: info@thebluegarden.co.uk and we will be happy to provide return shipping label for eligible orders. Include a note with your Order Number and Name in the parcel when you send it back to us.
